We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. If the rest of your staff was as awesome as Felix you would never have a complaint he went over and above to make sure we were happy with everything after having to wait for 45 min just to get seated when we could see empty tables I understand not having enough waiters but me as a waiter / waitress I would have liked to have had the chance of making that extra money on waiting on the extra tables but that's OK cause I'm sure Felix will enjoy his tip great job Felix
When you have to wait 30 to 45 mins. to be seated when you see over 10 empty tables at 4 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon something is wrong with management. I would say not to go except for our waiter was awesome he is the only thing that saved the experience. Thank you Felix.

Came in from out of town and a co worker suggested my husband and I try Billy's. I owe her because it was fantastic! I keep trying to think of a time I've had a better plate of shrimp/crawfish Alfredo...and I can't! It was great! My husband's gumbo was delicious, also. Not to mention the great view while eating on the river, and our friendly, knowledgeable server was wonderful. We will be back!
Long wait get food. And then the food was average. We will stick with Razzo. Better food, prices and service
I have never had a bad meal at Buzzard Billy's but the food is even better now that Diane has made so many upgrades! Love, love it!
My family and I went last night. 7 of us. We were told the wait was an hour to an hour 15 mins. So we decided to wait. The kids really wanted to eat there. A group of 11 came right after us. After a little less than an hour the 11 got seated. We still waited Lots of 2's and 4's got seated. Then another group of 11 came in. After that they were getting ready to seat them but I told the hostess "that's not right". She said I'm sorry and got the manager. He said I'm sorry but we're waiting on s table of 7 to finish. Havr been twice... both times the food was HORRIBLE! Service is slow. Had crawfish this time... they were not purged, most were so soft they just turned to mush... zero spice to them! pretty sure they were boiled then just creole sprinkled on top. potatoes and corn were just boiled no spice at all.
Worst waiter and manager ive ever had...3 shrimp for a grilled shrimp salad. Waiter couldnt even get our tickets right..geez..will never be back
The oysters were not drained before they were plated!! Swimming in grease!!
