We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. Alligator was fantastic! Coleslaw great too. Catfish was good. Not a fan of the fried oysters or the wings. Sitting out on the deck watching the birds, turtles and fish was relaxing for the whole family...love the atmosphere.
I've been to Buzzard Billy's once, in Iowa, and I LOVED IT!! What is it going to take to get one new the Indianapolis, Indiana area!?! WE NEED IT!!!
I eat here every time I go through Waco. My favorite place to eat. Also ate at Lincoln, Des Moines, and Lacrosse locations
Had lunch on 10/17/16. Food was great, but don't get the frozen watermelon margarita. It was awful. Couldn't even drink it.
Food is amazing and seating right on the water make even better.
My husband & I visited yesterday 10-9-16. We both loved it! Food & service were both awesome. Drinks, appetizers & main dish all came out super quick. We had fried crawfish, crawfish ettouffee, fried alligator, fries & hushpuppies! Every bit of it was delicious! I had a watermelon margarita, it wasn't my favorite, but not that bad. We live in Arlington, but we will definitely be back when we are in the area again. And I can't wait to go back!!
We always enjoy our experiences and loved our waitress she was very kind to the kids and gave then bread for the ducks, geese and turtles on the dock and bridge. The portions are a great deal for the price and the food is always spot on. :) Thank you.
Not impressed. Gumbo tasted terrible. Jambalaya tasted like tomato paste. However the egg plant bowl was delicious.
