We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. We stopped here while on a roadtrip and had a great time. We ordered the aligator app which was my first time to eat gator and it was perfect as was the rest of our meal. The bartender had a great sense of humor and provided a history lesson. I believe his name was Anthony. Will def be back!
Pretty good food. I got the peacemaker poboy. Oyester and shrimp were great. Was excited when we got the complimentary bread . Real french bread. But then the poboy came out on a hoagie bun. Still delicious but could have been better on the french bread. Still awesome place to stop. Will come back

Had a fabulous Mother's Day topped off with dinner at Buzzard Billy's out on the deck riverside! Blackened catfish, blackened tilapia and grilled shrimp! Color me happy! Wonderful Cajun Cooking! Even sampled off of hubby's plate! Delicious!! Will be back!
We LOVE this place. I get the Shrimp Po' Boy every time. Today we tried the cheese sticks, jambalaya, key lime pie, snickers cheesecake, and Bananas Foster. All very good, but I have had better jambalaya. Service was fabulous. We went through two or three baskets of hush puppies. Ask for some remoulade to dip them in.
HORRIBLE service. The worst service I've ever had. Their were ten empty tables and there was a one hour wait with a line out the front door. Waiters walking around doing nothing.
Great food beautiful day on the lake and a very pleasant waiter. I definitely will be back
