We're a fun and funky family restaurant on the banks of the Brazos River specializing in Cajun and Creole cooking, we're happy to keep it spicy or make it milder if that's your preference. We've been voted the best seafood in town. We serve hot boiled crawfish and fresh oysters on the half shell when they're in season. The fried turkey was good BUT when im told its one price and get there on Christmas Eve to pick up and told another price. My son and husband show up with the money and the Manager Mike was very rude to them. I call today just for him to get all rude with me as well. Not a way to run a business. Its a shame to because I love yalls food but I refuse to eat somewhere where someone talks to us like trash.
I travel a lot for work all over the country and this was a very good restaurant with a great atmosphere great food and great people

The best place ever. Period. Great Everything!!! Had such a Blast and Wildlife was Amazing.
Try Campbell's chunky version of gumbo!! At least it has favor. Nice looking place but the food is awful.
Extremely slow service, the fish was soggy and slimy and the fries were freezer burnt...The only think I liked about it was eating on the deck over looking the river at sunset...
The food was excellent and our waiter was Christopher and he was magnificent thanks we will be back

The portions are very large to my surprise for a lunch special. Just right amount of spice
The view is nice. Our waitress was good. But their version of Cajun won't have this Cajun coming back. Étouffée was bland, more like brown gravy. Gumbo was basically a tasteless soup. I like their light batter on the shrimp, but again, no flavor. Only thing on any of our plates with flavor was the cocktail sauce. Sad. This place used to be pretty good when we first moved here. The food was ok, nothing exceptional. Ricky had a seafood platter and could barely get any crab out of the teeny tiny legs that were served also this was due to the fact that we didnt have anything to crack the legs open with. If the meat in the legs was supposed to just fall out, it certainly didnt happen. He did like the oysters tho.
