Amazing end of tenancy cleaning done on my 2-bed flat. It was very dusty all throughout at the start, but after 3 hours the floors were sparkling clean, all the surfaces were wiped, and the oven looked brand new. Ivan was very responsive via email and text from start to finish. Very happy with their service!
I didn’t want to give you one star. But I was not impressed. You did not give a deep clean to our kitchen. You sprayed something in microwave and it was dripping down the sides after one use. You missed a drawer under the oven and you didn’t clean the table or chairs or walls or floor. You charged me £240 and did not justify the amount. Don’t understand the 4.8 rating. Would definitely recommend BuZy Bees! I had to organise an end of tenancy cleaning and Ivan was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Great services and great communication too.
