I contacted the state agent since l have a property to sell in Portugal. I left a message asking to be called back which never happen. When l followed up with the second phone call, the men who answered the phone remembered my name but was not helpful and not clear. He kept saying that he was struggling to understand what l was saying. It came across of being racist. I have two Masters , l speak clear english.
Very helpful to see properties that could be considered.
I need to be more in touch with these people as they may have a chance of success selling our properties.
