Absolutely shocking every excuse not to put the problem right after spending alot of money.Spoke to a lady with no respect. Very rude a camera has picked up the after care of the people.The flooring should not have been put down before the floor was looked at. A professional wouldn't of laid the flooring down, without saying to the customer about the floor. Now alot of money wasted. This company don't care how upset I feel. It's a disgrace. I have relied on Buy It Direct Carpets over the last 10 years and found the customer service to be excellent every time.. as recently as July 2022 Plenty of choice of quality carpets and vinyl flooring at very affordable pricing .
