Absolutely terrible management. They run an apartment block for elderly people to live in and they've removed their books and board games and keep reorganising their living space where they play games. The guest room doesn't have a book to leave reviews anymore and their answering phone leaves a persistent beeping at night. There are residents who live next to this answering phone. Overall terrible. Not resident or guest focused at all. This is not a business. This is where people live and their families come to visit.
