My Dad has been here for two weeks so far and I must say,all the staff are so helpful and great and with a smile on there faces nothing is to much trouble for them ,my dad especially likes the food mmm puddings,if there is a problem it is soon resolved and the management are quick to act if any issues arrise

My mother stayed at Butts Croft for 7 weeks after being released from hospital. The care that she received from the whole team was superb. The staff went above and beyond on a daily basis and I was reassured that my Mother was receiving the care that she needed. A +++++++

My lovely Dad, Frank, came to Butts Croft in January, from a long stay in Hospital, and has settled in really well, after a few teething problems. All of the staff are really kind and extremely caring which helps make Dad feel loved and at home. There is often something going on to keep the residents happy and busy…Pin is so creative and artistic and always comes up with new ideas and activities for all to enjoy!!

Son of Julie. Mum has been living in Butts Croft House for four years.i have found all staff very caring & thoughtful. Mum is always clean & tidy no matter when visited. The communication between the home & myself is excellent.Special days are celebrated & videos shared with family. Thank for everything you do for mum. Tim.

My dad has been at Butts Croft since December '23. He settled in very quickly and has been very comfortable ever since. The staff are exceptional and extremely caring. It's great to feel he's in a safe place and being well looked after.
