My mother, who has dementia, moved into Butts Croft in August 2023 after a stay in hospital. The staff made her feel at home and are professional, very caring and are always at hand to meet my mother's needs. She is smartly dressed and enjoys the food prepared for her. The staff have put on Remembrance Day & Christmas parties and yesterday baked a cake for my mother’s birthday.
