Disgusting firm do not go near them. During the house sale of our mams house (who has demetia) the correspondence was poor, asking repeatedly for documents they already had, being passed from pillar to post when trying to call and then, the day before the sale was due to complete, we received an email saying they would no longer be acting for us. They need shutting down!

I sold my property in March, and it’s now November. 8 months. We have been calling and emailing for weeks, sometimes making 3-5 calls a day, constantly chasing for updates. I have a baby at home, and I’m terrified that we’re at risk of losing the home we’re living in due to their poor communication and delays.
