Spoke to a lovely lady called Cerys Owen and I must say she went beyond her job today. I had called up previously 3 times and had not got a call back about my query. When speaking to cerys she took charge and did what she had to do I was well impressed. You don't get workers like cerys these days and we should really appreciate good staff. Cerys keep up the good work I can see you will really go far in life. And thank u so much for you help.

We sold a house through BJB and they were excellent from start to finish. Margaret, who valued the house, was very professional and friendly, and the reason why we decided to sell the house through BJB. From that point Cerys Owen dealt with the sale and was absolutely brilliant. She was professional, reassuring (I have not sold a house before) and the advice and information she provided throughout the process was excellent. I cannot fault BJB in any way, particularly Cerys. Thank you!
