My father recently spent a short time here before sadly passing away. I cannot thank the staff enough for their care for him & the kindness to myself & my sister. They looked after us all with such care & empathy. Thank you to all of you.

The way this home is run is terrible. Jugs out the kitchen used to give personal care as no hot water in rooms, no baths available at the home.. only 1 shower for over 30 residents. Residents live on the cheap asda smart price food, not allowed certain food/drinks as expensive They are horrible to one of the residents in room 18 with mental health issues.
