We've been working with Butlin Property Services for a number of years now as our chosen management company for a block of flats that was previously badly mismanaged by another agency. We receive timely responses to any queries and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Alex as our property manager has been excellent, especially during a recent lengthy project involving roof repairs. I would recommend Butlin to anyone looking for professional property management in Leicester.

Until recently, my experience of management companies had been a succession of little Napoleons. In it for the power. Probably bullied at school. A bit like parking attendants. And politicians. Nick Chatt of Butlin Property Services has been a star in eventually providing the Leaseholders with a successful Fire Risk Assessment at the River Buildings. He has literally spent years pushing to get this issue resolved, despite regular changes in the laws surrounding fire risks, as well as dealing patiently with frustrated leaseholders like myself! He has always been courteous, empathetic, and and most importantly successful in his quest! Well done Nick!
