Disappointed. I heard so many great things about Butcher and the Rye but it just flopped. The only excellent thing I had was the sourdough bread. Our main course was just ok. I wouldn't come back just have that meal again. Dessert was also pretty bad. The waitress didn't know how to describe the Almond cake other than its almond cake. It had a horrible jelly filling. Just disappointed we came to celebrate my husband's 40th and it didn't wow us.
The kind of place your wife would take you because she knows how much you like these types of places.
Everything was incredible! The mac n cheese was to die for and the scallops were the best I have ever had. My new favorite restaurant!
This place is amazing. My husband and I are serious foodies, and we absolutely love the food and drinks at Butcher and the Rye! As parents to four children we don't go out very often, but when we do, we go to Butcher and the Rye!
