No fancy New Southern pretenses here, just bona fide Dixie standbys like fried chicken, oxtails, smothered pork chops, fresh fried corn, greens, and candied yams. The marriage of soul food and Southern tradition is a happy one, and it comes pretty cheap, too.

The BEST Soul-Food in Atlanta PERIOD!!! You can taste the freshness and the staff is always so pleasant. It's not "fast-food" so don't expect a dollar menu. It's worth every penny you'll spend.

I tried the peach cobbler but it was not that good...a little doughy and seasoning left a lot to be desired. The setting was good hope food is better than desserts.
