The Busy Bee is a hometown favorite for no-nonsense, down-home cooking. The locals outnumber tourists, a telling indicator of the Busy Bee's style. Red faux-leather booths line one wall, opposed by an old-time diner-style counter with red false-leather topped stools. No fancy New Southern pretenses here, just bona fide Dixie standbys like fried chicken, oxtails, smothered pork chops, fresh fried corn, greens, and candied yams. The marriage of soul food and Southern tradition is a happy one, and it comes pretty cheap, too.

The food is really good. They definitely have people who knows what they are doing in the kitchen. Fried chicken was fried to perfection. The blackberry cobbler is so good and full of crust.I will be back!! Only thing wrong is they need a larger restaurant.
