Popescu came and performed ertification and repaired a ceiling light. He was respectful and friendly, and explained everything he did to us which was very helpful. The repair was done efficiently and thoroughly, and Popescu came out the day after we contacted him. Would highly recommend!
They never turned up and no communication, wasted time waiting around. Find another plumber and don't bother with these guys.
Unprofessional, unreliable, no communication and when they don't deliver - they can't do anything about it because THEY ARE JUST A MIDDLE MAN. They outsource the work to individual plumbers/ electricians! Avoid at all costs unless you want your time and money wasted!! More details: 1st call out - for electric shower that kept switching off, plumber came and "fixed" it, charged full hourly rate for the work. Highly recommended! very personable which was important as I wanted to have my electric work done safely and I was really happy with work he did in my home, he did more than I expected which someone else may not have bothered to pay attention to. Very professional too.
