I am extremely disappointed having to write this review about my experience at the clinic. My disappointment is largely due to how positive my first experience was when I was seen by a lovely female doctor who took great care of me during my IUD appointment. Sadly, this most recent visit I was patronised, spoken to in a very aggressive manner and generally disrespected by Dr. Shalini Andrews. Came here for a check up, and Dr Bennett & Dr Laura really made me feel comfortable and helped with all my worries .
Had the copper Coil fitted here today - Caroline and Dr Monday were the loveliest yet most highly professional caregivers I have ever come across. The Coil fitting itself was extremely comfortable (which was unexpected), and I felt very safe whilst being at this clinic. I would highly recommend using this Service for a Coil fitting, as opposed to seeing a GP.
