Very expensive …. in your hour they sell you more. I lost my dog Izzy and at that hour encouraged me for a funeral which cost me another £300 Now I have a cat and paying nearly £40 a month but exclusions on both the pet plan and insurance mean that if you cancel 2 appointments… you pay in full!!! I would not recommend them nor use their services once im out of a fixed contract .. be aware of these too. Receptionist are lovely but once you have paid on to the next. Very caring vets Have a back door for reactive dogs
My boy Stevie (bsh cat) was neutered here this week, from start to finish Regans have been fantastic. Stevie is now recovering at home well, minus hating his cone! I couldn’t have asked for better for us both! Felt so reassured, and guided through the process. Thank you, from me & Stevie!x
This vets is awful, my cat went missing last Thursday and last Thursday night she got hit by a car and passed away. Now I only found this out today as this vets didn’t bother microchipping my cat! I am absolutely fuming and so so so angry. Mimi came to this vets alot of times as she had a few issues so surely as a matter of courtesy they should’ve said to me, “your cat isn’t chipped would you like her chipped”.
