Conveyancing? Stay clear! We previously used Raymond Beer who were excellent, but Burtons recently took over. This was a simple chain-free second property for the mother-in-law, who has cancer, with no financial constraints. Initial admin errors, inefficiency, and a refusal to follow up —claiming it might "clog their mailbox". Simply dreadful!

Conveyancing forget it! Looks like I'm not only one... Raymond Beer were excellent, but they merged some time ago.
