Worse place I have ever seen or been to for service. I would give a 0, no star rating, if I could. I was so disappointed in their service from getting the appointment to going in for my appointment. This is a review of the service department, not the sales department. I ordered four new Michelin tires for my 2001 Dodge Ram and was told they would be in the shop in about four days. Stay away from this DEALERSHIP The staff at this dealership appear to have overlooked the significance of customer service. As a consumer, I feel obligated to bring my vehicle in for maintenance, and I regret purchasing the costly vehicle service package, believing it would be convenient due to my history with GMC/Chevrolet. this is our 3rd lease of Silverado from van bortel Chevrolet and now the 2nd recall that they do not cover on a Saturday --- guess customer service doesn't mean that much everything smooth until purchase then beware
I purchased a used Trailblazer in December 2024 from Heinrich Chevrolet in Lockport. NY. It had a nick in the passenger windshield. I was told it would be repaired, and I won't see the nick. Heinrich put some goop into the nick, and it still looks like a nick. Heinrich Chevrolet refuses to replace the windshield. I have been a customer of Heinrich for over twenty-five years. Ishaq (Shaq) Shakoor helped me buy 2 vehicles in 2 weeks. No joke, 2 weeks. The first one was nice but just ended up not being what my family needed, and Shaq was professional, patient, and helpful in basically taking a 2 week trade in and getting me set in a 2024 Silverado ZR2. I love it, they were so great.
These guys are putting morals back into the car buying experience. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past month and send all my friends to Pejman(our sales rep) and Josh (the manager) because it's almost suspicious how straight forward and how good of people they are. My parents ended up paying taxes on a part of the service package they shouldn't have and they actually called them to come back in and sign an update to the agreement to lower the monthly price by $15 a month.
