Sam took great care of my situation with my Cruze and provided me with a rental within several minutes and had me on my way. I recently purchased a new Chevy Trax from Scott VanDevere. I have to say that he is not just a salesman but an amazingly wonderful person. UPDATE: I spoke with a manager and they're going to try to resolve this issue. I absolutely would not recommend this dealer. The salesman I dealt with was great but I've had my 2017 Traverse for 4 months and the windshield has apparently been leaking into the fuse box since I bought it. I talked to the warranty place and the service department at VanDevere to make sure I could take it to a dealer closer to home and they said no problem. I would give zero stars if I could at this point. Will never do business or refer them to anyone again. Took my car in 3 weeks prior to this issue. Wednesday June 27th I was driving my car on the highway (with my kids) when it started to become jerky sporadically. My check engine light came on so I drove it to O'Reilly's to check it & it came back that all my cylinders were misfiring & a transmission code or 2.
