Typical car dealership shady as h*ll!! Bought the extended warranty which they advertise is for the life of your car the person that wrote up the paperwork and financial said everything would be taken care of for the life of the automobile including oil changes as long as I got them done there. Hello Dann, we have looked into your account. When you purchased the vehicle in 2013, you also purchased the extended warranty and a prepaid maintenance packages. The extended warranty was for 5 years or 75,000 miles. This warranty expired 6/17/18. The prepaid maintenance package included 6 oil changes and 3 tire rotations. The lifetime warranty is separate from your extended warranty and comes with most of our vehicles. It is our Warranty Forever that covers the powertrain of your vehicle.
