Since the posting of review I was contacted by the service manager. UPDATE ON MY EARLIER REVIEW......I received a call from the service manager. I explained my side of the story, he listened and understood my concerns. After all was said and done he did set up an appointment for me to bring in my car and have the new radio installed. I took my car in as my android auto was acting up. Was informed I needed a new radio, it would take a few days to come in. A week later I call the parts dept and was informed the radio had been there for a few days. WORST DEALERSHIP OUT THERE! I was trying to buy a 100K vehicle with a trade that is under factory warranty it does have the 6.2 engine open recall. I dealt with the best salesman in the place, I'm sure of it. Al Reinhard was not your stereotypical "salesman" that hounds you constantly. He kept in touch with me and demonstrated his dedication to his role at Ken Ganley on Brookpark Rd. by spending I don't know how much time, finding me the car, being very specific with what I wanted on it, and made arrangements to get it to me from out of state, in a timely manner. Kyle is a very up right employee and has done everything he can to make all things right and has made everything pleasant when dealing with me and has been fare in making everything right. as I have worked with him doing all he can to be honest in all his dealing with me and making things right.
As another mention I bought two brand new vehicles within the last 5 years and unfortunately one has had many issues you would think an extended warranty would cover. Nope…. Read your fine print. Service department was rude and maybe he would understand my frustration if he was in my shoes. I’m done with this company forever. Know your risk.
