Bought a 1978 Ford F-150 with 67000 miles on it from Vinny. Everything was great! He even came in when there was a death in the family to close the deal, even when I told him not to. Everyone there could not have been nicer!

It’s unfortunate because my husband and I have always taken our cars to be serviced here. I took my 2013 GMC Acadia in due to both passenger and driver side headlights went out at the same time. The service department said it would cost me $2400 to replace the headlight assembly. I took my vehicle to another mechanic, two bulbs needed to be replaced, $29.99 for each and $100 in labor (bulbs not easy to get to), both sides working now $160.00!!! They damaged the headliner of my 2017 cruze. Then they denied that it was them. My dash cam was on and recorded two of their mechanics, one guy named Nick talking about it. When I took the recording to the service manager Travis he still said it wasn't their fault. They are dishonest people and will lie to you. Something that should have been a simple service truned into a nightmare. I was charged for a loner car, when I was told it would be no cost if they need to keep my car overnight. We took our car there to get the air conditioner fixed , they couldn't fix cause it wasnt coved under warranty , whatever . The problem is that when we got the car back we realized that the head liner was all messed up , when my boyfriend asked the dude at the desk what happened he said that they didnt do it , but we have a dash cam , and thankfully is was on and caught the mechanics talking about how they messed it up my boyfriend showed him the video and he still denied it. they were also rude to my boyfriend both times he... read more
