One Star is too high for a review of this place Almost bought a vehicle from this place. found and got a better vehicle in Dallas. but worse is how i/we were treated. Finally, and the last straw was the fact i wasn't allowed to use or was given the code so I could enjoy a 500 military discount towards my new truck. Another Chevy dealer will get my business, including any maintenance on our trucks. Thanks All American
Benson`s service department is why people call dealerships, stealerships they say their shop is flat rate they charge way over the hours that are stated in flat rate book. would never recommend Benson's auto.

Everyone we worked with was great. Monzell was a great salesman, Chris was very helpful as a manager & Melissa was wonderful in financing. They all made finding and purchasing my daughter’s first car a breeze. 10/10 do recommend, I’ll be back.
This dealership is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! The LACK of communication with customers is unbelievable. I dropped my car off for regular service (oil change) on a Friday at 9am & was supposed to be done before 2pm that day. They never called me back so by 4pm I started calling the service department to get a status update on my vehicle & they just kept transferring me & telling me someone will call me back in 5-10 minutes. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Change appointment times on you and won’t try to work with you on anything. Every time I have been there, I have had a problem with either the mechanics or the staff at the front desk. Don’t use them!
Alex my dealer was fantastic. No pressure and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We were in and out in an hour. I bought a 2021 with low mileage. Car came back looking brand new!!!!! I love it. Jake in finance, was also the best. Paperwork gone over and signed in a half hour. I am 60 yr old women and this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer ship.
This is our second experience of buying a car from the folks at Bill Black. We bought a Kia Sportage from them two years ago and purchased a Hyundai Tucson to replace that vehicle last week. Sales Manager Russ Cox and Salesperson Kira Carter went out of their way to meet our needs and walk us thru the process. My wife and I could not have been happier and we love our “ new” car. Asked them to diagnose plow lights problem. They charged $189 for the diagnosis but couldn't figure it out so They came back for another $300 for diagnostic time. I was already on the hook for ~$200 when I complained the general manager said too bad and because he didn't like my tone made me pay cash to get my truck back. I bought the truck and plow from them ~15 years ago and had them service both over the years.
