Just enjoyed another buying experience with Brett Schroeder at the VanDevere Auto Outlet. This was the second vehicle he's sold me in the last six months. The first was for my wife last summer. Communication is sorely lacking at this dealership. I have never had an issue with them until now. I have owned my certified preowned car since 2014 and have been going to vandevere since then. I had an issue and made an appointment thinking what was wrong might be covered under the warranty. I dropped my car off at 10:30am Monday. They told me right off the bat I would be spending $187.
