Most of my experience with servicing has been ok aside from a repeat issue since my purchase. Today a rep named Sam Vanderver was rude and I left there feeling horrible and regretting becoming a part of the "Vandever Family". Jennifer was very nice and I've delt with Howard before and he is awesome too. Now I am being told this issue is my responsibility with no apologies or help with resolution.
Hi. I spent the day at Van Devere Chevy. But it was worth it. Bobby Singleton lll was my salesman. He got everything to process through easy as pie. 10s all around for him. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was he told me he put gas in the car I assumed a full tank I just traded in a car with a full tank. But it was not it was only half full 🤨 I would still come back.
