The service I received during the purchase of my property was extremely slow, disorganised and impersonal. Communication was poor, often defensive and verging on rude. I’m so disappointed after reading the positive reviews, as it seems I drew the short straw with my case handler and supporting team. I regret instructing this firm and would not recommend them.
