Alan over at Burntwood Flooring and Sanding has been great right from initial quote to final product. He made it easy for me to pick out the wood and finish after knowing I already wanted to go for the herringbone. The install went smoothly and it's been installed to a really high standard so it looks brilliant through the hallway and into the living room. If I or a friend needs a quality tradesman for flooring or sanding in the future I'll be coming back to Alan.

Not only is Alan a very skilled tradesmen, he’s also a wonderful guy. From initial contact for a quote to completion of the Job, Alan was superb. He gave us insights that helped us settle on the wooden floor & the finish. His execution of the work was flawlessly, resulting in a floor that exceeded our expectation. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Alan did a brilliant job on our floorboards. They were in a bad state and the end result is fantastic. Also did a beautiful job tiling the fireplace. Took real pride in his work, would thoroughly recommend.
Just had a solid oak herringbone floor fitted to our lounge by Alan of Burntwood Flooring and Sanding Services. He gave a clear quote before starting the work, made the floorboards good before laying a ply subfloor and did a superb job of laying the oak boards. We wouldn’t even consider looking elsewhere should we need any further work to be done like this in the future. Very highly recommended.
