We found a lady in paignton in her electric wheelchair, soaking wet,freezing and shaking, it took an hour for staff to turn up and as she went out at 230pm and we found her at 6, why didn't they notice she was missing

Very poor. Takes weeks to get attention to resolve any problems. Always hearing excuses from staff numerous times. Only 5% of staff are attentive. Sad to say, would not recommend anyone to stay at Burnside. My father was placed at Burnside for 4months from Torbay Hospital placement, could not wait to get father out, sorry to say. Many excuses after excuses to get anything done.....ie asking for a bed pillow for father's emphysema, every day asking staff for 3weeks, in end, I brought one in myself.
