I had a really disappointing experience at this GP practice today. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told to have a seat. I waited patiently for over 30 minutes without being called in. When I went to the reception to ask, I was told there had been an error, and now I would need to wait until 1:45 — nearly another hour and a half. This is a joke for people who are ill or sick. This practice is impossible to contact unless you have Internet and even then. You will be frustrated by the amount of hoops to jump to get an appointment with a human doctor. This is NOT for anyone who needs medical advice.

AREK- I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as I did with Alec at reception. He was consistently rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. I was told to call back the next day only to be met with the same unhelpful attitude. Despite waiting on the phone for hours, he questioned why I was calling at that time, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Alec’s behavior was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the organization. He showed no interest in assisting or understanding my concerns.... read more
