AREK- I’ve never experienced such poor customer service as I did with Alec at reception. He was consistently rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. I was told to call back the next day only to be met with the same unhelpful attitude. Despite waiting on the phone for hours, he questioned why I was calling at that time, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Dr Kader is absolutely great and always provides the best advice and guidance. He listens and always helps with patience and understanding which is essential when you're concerned about your health! The team are helpful and respond effectively which takes the pressure off when you are unwell. Overall very happy with this practice that is lead by Dr Kader.
