Popped in on the off-chance they could help me, as my mobility scooter had broken down, itook the battery and charger in luckily Lawrence the engineer was in the shop hewas so helpful and talked me through the process everything fixed, highly recommended as a small family business 100% recommend to anyone in the Burnham area to use this business for all their mobility needs 😀

What can I say.booked a wheelchair hire with this company for this week 16- 19.paid for the hire of the wheelchair.last Wednesday the 11th September,mom ,who the hire was booked in,was rushed to hospital.mom was dying ,and so had to get all family members to the hospital.mom passed away that same day ,and U can imagine the emotions and the grief to deal with.i contacted apex mobility (who also hire wheelchairs)by mistake assuming the hire was with them.they have been brilliant ,even though i got the wrong company.burnham mob... read more

This shop has been of high benefit with high quality products. The staff are fantastic and are so informative with various understandings about certain groupings of products. The only problem I had was the opening times as it was not clear on what days they are open, closure for lunch and also days where they were not open at all.
