I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this car wash. Not only did they break the fuel cap cover off my car, but when I brought it to their attention, they completely refused to acknowledge the damage. Despite their negligence, they charged me the full price for the service. When I asked to speak to a manager, things only got worse.
