Avoid this agent. I purchased a property that this agent was marketing. Communication is absolutely atrocious. Emails ignored, phone calls avoided, and they did nothing to move the conveyancing process along when both buyer and seller were in a rush. We were also lied to on several occasions, most shockingly when they told us the seller was threatening to pull out of the deal if we did not exchange that week. Very happy with the whole Team at Burnap and Abel. They always had time for my calls and sold my house super quick. They were fantastic throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them.
Overall a good experience. Sadly, They didn't manage to sell our house, possibly a little overpriced in this market? However they had a bloody good go at selling our flat in Folkestone. This didn't go through after a few attempts (no fault of Burnaps, just unreliable time-wasting buyers) and they are now managing the rental for us. I will use them again when we have another attempt at selling our flat. I can't fault their tenacity.
