It was a horrified and threaten experience on Sep-7-2017 from Burl's Plumbing. For a simple toilet leakage problem, Burl's team (Sam and Diamond) charged me $675,PLUS left two big open holes on the ceiling (the 2nd one was definitely unnecessary). I noticed water seeping out from under the baseboard of an interior wall in my garage. Set up an appointment for the following day. They called and offered to send a plumber "to have a look" at the problem the afternoon of the day I called, and of course I said okay. They conducted a "static pressure test" with the water shut off at the street and observed the pressure dropping, which confirmed a leak.
