Honest men at a reasonable price. I would use them again. They do great work.
Burl's wasn't aware of the appointment that was set-up by HomeAdvisor, so make sure to call them to confirm. They did send someone later the same day to fix the issue. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was inline with expectations.

My water heater required a part that would have needed to be ordered if none were available in Austin. They were able to locate one locally and installed it in a timely manner. They were efficient and knowledgeable and I will definitely call them again if I need any other plumbing needs and certainly recommend them to friends.
Charles was very knowledgeable and professional. He was honest in his advice and did not try to sell us unnecessary services. Would highly recommend them.
