Have had Burl's tackle a bunch of plumbing jobs at my house, from replacing the bathtub faucet to swapping my old waterheater for a tankless model. They handled the whole process for me - recommended a unit to fit my needs, gave a quote and stuck to it, and the only thing I had to do was have an electrician run an outlet into the closet for power. Excellent worker, committed and devoted to completing work on time. Straight forward and honest and says the right thing. I'll always check with him first, whether he is available to do my assignments, before looking someone else.
The owner is not a very friendly guy, not sensitive to others feeling. They also overcharged me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I thought people you recommend has better standard.
