Professionals didn't check drainage pan before emptying old tank, check pressure valve was engaged to ensure home has water and didn't tell me that the main was broken without troubleshooting. I had a terrible experience and cannot recommend Burl's. I felt ripped off at $1800 to replace the water heater!! Home Advisor should validate before supporting!

I feel finally that I have found a plumber. He was right on time. He works with his son and they make a perfect pair. They had three different things to do and they did the whole thing in a very timely manner. The price was fair since it included the parts. It was a very good rxperience and they wew so friendly on top of that. A+.
They were fast and able to squeeze me in that day since I was leaking 21 gallons an hour. They fixed it fast and were super nice!
Both very nice and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly, and made sure I had the right pictures and paperwork for my insurance company.
