What a lovely residential park. Gradually the older homes are being replaced with newer lodges, parking however is at a premium and not all homes have parking. The residents themselves are elderly, friendly and approachable. Management of the park is good, and the owners are well liked. Location wise it's ideal access to Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster with the lovely town of Garstang on your doorstep. Easy access to motorway network, with Lake district about an hour away.
