The most complete, caring Chiropractic team ever! Dr Tim is the best and I highly recommend him to anyone needing healing for any issues!
Went Burkhart and Chapp for extreme back pain after an injury. Had laser heat treatments along with adjustments and it worked great. I am completely pain free!

I have been seeing Dr. Burkhart for over 15 yrs. I have appreciated his passion and confidence in his treatments; along with guidance on how I can maintain my health on my own at home. He has treated me for migraines, a herniated disc and most recently unexplained infertility... I am thankful for success in all three areas, mostly for the birth of my son:) Through adjustments, healthy diet, and supplements Dr Burkhart recommended; I had a healthy pregnancy and baby. visited dr Moultrie at this practice starting about 2 months ago. I was in terrible pain,couldn't hardly walk.couldn't perform daily chores as normal.i could go on but----Dr Moultrie has given me back the function of my body.we are still working on it.i was a mess! I've been to several chiropractors trying to find relief without much success. Dr Moultrie is amazing and I would recommend him to anybody! I absolutely love him for the help he has given me.
I had finally got to the point where I couldn't stand the pain in my back and neck, so I contacted Burkhart and Chapp Chiropractic. After the first visit I became very aware of why I have had so much pain for the past 15 years. I am so pleased and grateful to say that after only a couple months I feel incredibly better!
