Billing staff do not seem to understand cmt coding. My husband was seen for a new injury and it was billed as maintenance so it wasn’t covered. When I called to sort it out the biller didn’t seem to be listening to be and talked over me.
The Dr’s and staff are very caring and will go to any length to get you feeling better! So glad my chiropractor of 30 + years referred me to Dr Burkhart!
So happy to find these folks! I feel like they gave my husband his life back. Dr Burkhart and staff will always hold a special place in my heart for taking such good care of my husband. If you have to go it's worth the drive. Now they are taking care of my issues.
