We had a great and smooth experience with them. Our solicitor, Rebecca, was very helpful and always just a call away. She responded quickly and kept us updated throughout the home buying process. The service was worth every penny.
Communication was poor throughout - we felt we needed to chase constantly, rather than being kept freely informed of the progress of the purchase. We were also given a time frame of 8 weeks and the process took 7 months. Your services were the most expensive out of all the initial quotes we received, but we went with you because you said you'd aim to complete in 6-8 weeks.
