We rented through Burgh Property and the experience was great from start to finish. John, our property, manager got back to us promptly if we needed anything. Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.
We were with Burgh Property for a short time but we've genuinely never had a better property manager as a tenant. Gary was so kind, fixed so many issues that the previous agency never got around to fixing && we are so lucky to have been transferred over to Burgh during our tenancy. They go above and beyond with fixing things so we genuinely appreciate the effort they put in for us and any issues we were facing.

We rented out our old home in Edinburgh with Burgh for the best part of the last decade. Honestly, we never wanted to be landlords, but Burgh made it easy. We barely had any vacant periods, they always found good, reliable, grown up tenants, and they dealt with them and us fairly and evenly. They were across everything, and looked after us. Highly recommended.
We used Burgh to rent our property in Stockbridge, Edinburgh for Circa 18 months and were highly impressed with the service. They were able to get the flat rental ready quickly, and found great tenants at both times of asking! They are also attentive to the needs of the tenants as and when necessary which is something that was important to us too. Would highly recommend!
