The service has been excellent from the very beginning. There was no 'heavy sell' and the advice was always much appreciated. The installation was thorough and meticulous. The fitter was Adam and he showed great attention to detail and left the site absolutely spotless. We are delighted with the door!
What an amazing job! The team at Burgess were great- they spent the time to go through a variety of options suitable for our specific requirements and budget. Used the company for conservatory roof & gutter replacement. Very helpful with providing quotes for different types of roof replacements +/- other works done in association with it. Very professional and were able to fit in with my timetable well, and communications were efficient. From deciding to go ahead and arranging for surveyor/parts ordering/installation took only 6 weeks.
