I was highly recommended this firm by a friend, in the hope that they could review and possibly save us some money on Inheritance Tax. There was a “specialist” dealing with our case. However, after requesting for 18 MONTHS to review our case, and countless unanswered emails and telephone calls were made to see how they had progressed, we had not progressed at all since the initial meeting. Simon Bailey and Peter Ratcliff have been our accountants for several years and have offered exceptional service. All emails and requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and all information supplied is very detailed and helpful. As we live in another country, our affairs are always completed in time for our Swedish reporting.
