Excellent burgers ( I had the portobello and my girlfriend had the haus burger)fresh brioche bun,great side salad , but sub par onion rings . Still all in all a good experience!

Food was great. But service was extreamly disappointing. Server was nice and polite but not very tentative. We were 1 of two couples in the whole place when we were there and waited 30 minutes or more before we had to go find our server to ask for the check which was sitting in front of her at the bar as she played on her phone and talked to her coworkers. Not even walking by us just to check if we needed anything at all. Was there maybe 2 hours only seen her twice after initial order

Three of us went to Burgerhaus before a high school football game at a Lucas Oil. We walked from the stadium area and it was about a 1 1/2 mile walk. Thus, the location is a bit out of the way. It is a nice setting on the canal. The service was good. The burgers were also good, not great. The cole slaw, fries and salad were also good but nothing special. Overall, we enjoyed our visit here and would rate the food slightly above average. I would probably go to Bru Burger if I had to choose though.
