Great second hand / charity bookshop. Books on two floors. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choice.
I love this place! Staff are always very friendly and it has an amazing stock of antiquarian and classic books, as well as more modern manga and art books. One of my favourite owned books ever (an 1800’s fairytale book, which I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in existence) is from here, which goes to show what unique stock they have :) I once even saw a set of Aardman’s Chicken Run toys being sold in the window, so you never know, it’s not just books! Bought three books for 6£ and had a lovely chat with the older gentleman there, he gave me some great recommendations! It's a lovely bookstore with a huge selection, from very old classics all the way to the 80s, 2000s, today, anything really. There is a downstairs section that's huge, but unfortunately not accessible if you're visiting with a wheelchair, as fair as I'm aware. But the selection is good and the people working there are lovely!
