I didn’t have a pleasant experience selling my flat with Burchell Edwards in Erdington. Communication was good up until I signed the contract, but after that it became very limited - even when our initial house purchase fell through (we were in a chain) and we were left panicking I was ignored when I asked if they could help find me a new house.
