I really enjoy the gym, but honestly I go there for the spin classes. They have great instructors that work you hard!! When I do use the equipment I find it all new and in great condition. The staff I have encountered have been friendly, I have not had any problems with my membership . The reason I gave it 4 stars is for the locker room, it is not updated and does need some remodeling. When I started here it was decent enough; newer equipment, great location. I was told they would be re-doing the locker rooms which were beat up at the time. They apparently made improvements on the Men's Locker room, but have neglected the Women's which always feels a little grimy. Likewise with the equipment. I have been a member of the Burbank Athletic Club for almost a year now. Unfortunately, if you want a gym membership in Burbank, your options are limited. BAC is light years in front of Miami Fitness at this point, so the option is a fairly easy one to make. At the time I joined, my trainer was operating out of BAC. Great gym, very clean , good atmosphere, wonderful staff!!!! as soon as i walked in Eddie greeted me with great respect. before i had signed up for my 1year membership Malcolm showed me around the gym and answered all my questions i had about the membership and helped me pick the best plan that suited my financial need.  Right then i was sold to this gym. I've been going to this gym for about 3 weeks now and i love it. Malcolm was a great help, thank you BAC!! keep up the GREAT WORK STAFF!

burbank athletic club is by far the best club in los angeles,the sales people at the hollywood way location were the most caring and curtious employees i have ever delt with.....keep up the good work guys!

I like the burbank athletic club. I go to the one on hollywood wy. It's the best club  I could find in the area for my needs. No complaints.

I signed up for monthly membership at the Burbank Athletic Club. I was looking for a gym nearby me. I signed up online for the $29.99 a month deal and have been a few times. Due to my busy schedule I haven't been able to go to the gym the last couple months and my husband and I decided to cancel the membership. This is when we found out that I signed up for a 2 year commitment online, not even knowing it was anymore than month to month. But, two years? This is the worst gym I have ever come in contact with. They won't let you leave if you've signed up for their two year plan, unless if you pay $550. It was unclear that it was a 2 year plan on the website and very deceptive. The customer service didn't want to help me one bit and told me there was nothing I can do. The only other way to get out is to have someone else take on the membership, which would be next to impossible to find someone to do that. Please for your sake don't go here.

This gym is close to my work, so I try to go a few times a month, but it is not very inspiring.The machines are okay, but the bathrooms and locker are gross.It looks like someone comes in and breaks into the lockers, so it doesn't feel safe to leave anything in them, even with your own lock.It's not the cleanest gym.You never see any attendents going around and cleaning.They just sit up front and talk or play on the internet.This place needs a good clean up and paint job.When your hit the treadmills, you can't help but notic... read more
