Very rude staff I refused and request my dentist to refer to an other orthodontist and waited 1 more year but didn’t go back there

Appointments constantly cancelled
We are undergoing treatment and have now had an unacceptable amount of cancelled appointments. Currently we are 10 weeks PAST the last scheduled appointment and have been suffering with a broken brace which has been discussed with the practice several times. Simply dreadful that a practice depends on one person who works twice a week to fulfill these patients needs.
